December is almost upon us and that means one thing and one thing only. It’s finally socially acceptable to put the tree up! (Don’t worry, we’ve had ours up for a while now too).
This year, make your festive centrepiece really light up the room by decorating it in one of the three key Christmas tree trends of the season. Get red-y for Christmas the old-fashioned way with the warming and traditional Yuletide trend. Sprinkle a little magic with the pinks, silvers and blues of the enchanted trend. Or, have a festive fiesta with the bright Nacho average Christmas trend.
Decorating your home beautifully this Christmas has never been easier thanks to our gorgeous Christmas tree, decoration and homewareshops.
Christmas tree trend one: Enchanted forest
All that glitters isn’t gold. This year it’s pink, silver and blue. Frost your home with these icy tones and you’ll be walking in a winter fun-derland in no time. Add a tree to every surface to create a festive forest that will enchant and delight your family and friends.
Shop: The Nutcracker, White three-tier Christmas tree ornament, Brush Christmas tree ornament, Reindeer snowglobe, all enchanted decorations
Christmas tree trend two: Yuletide hooray
Deck the halls the way Santa intended with the nostalgic yuletide Christmas tree trend. Bring joy to your walls with a realistic and traditional redberry wreath. Really, anything red, white or green goes this year, but why not update this trend by opting for a striking narrow tree. Put a British twist on this Nordic-inspired trend with a quirky twist on the traditional bauble. Hanging mini gin bottles and black taxi cabs on your tree will give your centrepiece some personality.

Christmas tree trend three: Nacho average Christmas
It’s Christmas but with a South American twist. Let your true colours shine all over the house this December with bright and novelty decorations. From sloths to avocados and giant fluffy baubles we’ve got decorations to chase the chill away. Want to really make them pop? Rock around a bright white tree that will let the presents, and the llamas, do all the talking. Why not go even less conventional? Surprise guests over the holiday period by decorating a cactus instead of the more traditional fir tree.
