A refreshing and creamy drink, especially after something spicy.
READY IN- 10 minutes
COOKING TIME- no time at all
PREP TIME- 10 minutes

Ingredients
2 Mangos – riper the better, peeled and chopped
1 ½ tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp agave syrup
5/6 cubes of ice
250g fat free yogurt
Pistachios and dried rose petals - for an options garnish
Method
Simply, blitz all the ingredients together till smooth and enjoy!
