Emilia Limited has been involved with the Farmers’ market for over 4 years now. Since 2009, they have been specialising in trading only the finest Italian foods and wines and all of their produces originate from Emilia-Romagna, in North-Central Italy.
Their product range can be broadly split into three types; cheese, charcuterie and balsamic vinegar. Each range is exquisitely sourced and with a dozen or so cheeses, each is carefully chosen to complement the other, whilst showing the full range of products.
Emilias’ specialty is the red cow Parmesan – it provides a fantastic taste but still maintains the landscape and culture of Italy. They believe that good food should be available for all and as they are Slow Food approved it is therefore no surprise that they have won best cheese, best deli/grocer and best individual produce red cow Parmesan at the Slow Food Awards for the last three years.
With a variety of stalls available at The Farmers’ Market, shoppers will have the chance to browse and sample a wide range of tasty treats there is sure to be something to appeal to every appetite every first Saturday of the month.
Centre Manager, Mark Middleton says, “It is so nice to hear about our loyal stall holders that have been with us for quite some time. Emilia Ltd has been with the Farmers’ Market for 4 years now and they are very well established. These products are authentic and delicious. We know our customers will love everything they have to offer.”
