The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton-on-Thames is set to welcome its next Farmers’ Market on Saturday 2 September.
The event sees the exterior space of the centre transformed into a contemporary food market with a distinctly nostalgic ambiance, from 9:30am until 2pm.
Visitors can tantalise their taste buds with a great selection of fresh, delicious produce and world cuisine prepared fresh in front of their eyes.
Back by popular demand, are regular favorites ‘Curry Sauce Queen’ Anila, famed for her tasty, healthy, free from sugar, dairy and gluten, curry sauces which are now stocked in Harrods and John Lewis. Other familiar faces include Emilia Limited with their award winning cheeses, charcuterie and balsamic vinegar, plus The Sicilian Kitchen with their range of delicious authentic Sicilian dishes.
The huge variety of food products on offer provide the perfect opportunity for customers to try an assortment of flavours and tasty treats – whatever their dietary requirements.
Centre Manager, Mark Middleton says, “If there’s one day of the month we really look forward to, it has to be the first Saturday of every month. The Farmers’ Market brings not only a host of unusual and tasty treats to enjoy, but a great atmosphere to the town of Walton-on-Thames.”
