On Saturday 4th November, between 9:30am and 2:00pm, the monthly Farmers’ Market will return to The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton-On-Thames.
This regular event consistently showcases a huge variety of produce, and once again will include Chalk Hills Bakery, who supply baked goods to many well-known local cafes, farm shops and businesses in East Surrey, as well as having their own shop in Reigate.
Since their first appearance in September 2013, Chalk Hills Bakery has been selling artisan breads and pastries at the Heart’s Farmers’ Market. With all their produce made by hand, from the finest ingredients, it’s no wonder they have such a popular following. They also specialise in slow fermentation breads, which people travel far and wide to get their hands on!
In addition to Chalk Hills Bakery, the Farmers’ Market will welcome a magnificent mix of produce, including Italian foods and wines, curry sauces and street food.
Centre Manager, Mark Middleton says, “We are always trying to offer something special to our visitors and our Farmers’ Markets are a great way for people to buy seasonal, organic produce of the highest quality. The Farmers’ Markets have become a real focus of the community so if you love great food, come on down on Saturday 4th November and take advantage of the great produce on offer.”
