Come along to the next Farmers’ Market on Saturday 3 March at The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton-On-Thames from 9:30am until 2pm.
Sussex Pies, a family run business, will be showcasing their incredible handmade savoury pies, pasties, pastries and speciality scotch eggs at the market. Ingredients are locally sourced, with game and rabbit supplied by Staplecross, and all vegetables are sourced directly from local markets.
Pie variations include ‘Rabbit and Game’, ‘Steak and Kidney’ and the ever-popular ‘Mexican Hat Dance’. This prize-winning produce is always in high demand, so make sure you come early to avoid disappointment.
In addition to Sussex Pies there will be a variety of stalls available at The Farmers’ Market, so shoppers will have the chance to browse and sample a wide range of tasty treats to appeal to every appetite.
Centre Manager, Mark Middleton says, “The Heart’s Farmers’ Market is a great way for our visitors to buy high quality produce, made with local ingredients. We know our visitors love everything that Sussex Pies has to offer, and the stall holder, Sarah, always has a smile on her face! This pie stall is every pie lover’s dream.”
