Clown Around at The Heart Shopping Centre with Circus Skills Workshop

 

Join The Heart Shopping Centre on Saturday 13th July as they host their latest Kids’ Club activity - a FREE Circus Skills Workshop!

Children of all ages are invited to take part in what’s set to be an action-packed day of interactive and creative activities at The Heart’s free Kids’ Club workshop. The event, which will take place between 10am and 3pm in the main plaza outside Costa Coffee and Debenhams (weather permitting) will embrace the wonder of the circus by giving little ones the chance to learn some of the mesmerizing skills seen in popular movies such as The Greatest Showman. Children will learn how to spin plates, walk on stilts, hula hoop and of course, juggle. In addition, all children who participate will have the chance to create their very own clown mask at our creative station and, back by popular demand, our glitter tattooist will be on site offering free circus themed glitter tattoos to all.  We know that being part of the circus can be hungry work so we’ll also be giving away free popcorn during the event.

Mark Middleton, Centre Manager at The Heart Shopping Centre commented: “Our Circus Skills Workshop is set to be an action packed day with lots of activities going on to cater for children of all ages. We have received excellent feedback on previous Kids’ Club events, most recently our Easter ‘Build a Buddy’ workshop which saw over 300 children attend! This is not a pre-bookable event so children and parents are encouraged to arrive early to ensure they can take part in the activities without waiting. We look forward to seeing you all at The Heart Shopping Centre on Saturday 13th July.”

The Heart Shopping Centre will also be giving away goody bags to everybody who signs up to be a member of our Kids’ Club on the day.

In addition to their events, The Heart also has over 45 retailers and restaurants including family favourites Next, H&M, Smiggle, Nando’ and  Carluccio’s. The centre also benefits from a public library, 24-hour gym and 800 parking spaces.
