Looking for a different and entertaining way to keep the kids occupied these summer holidays? Explore Learning Walton has teamed up with Walton Library to bring an amusing yet educational workshop for young minds that will help develop their creative writing skills in a fun way.
The children discover a creature that has never been seen before, but oh no! They've left their camera at home! They must write a detailed description of the creature, drawing on literacy devices to enhance the impact of their writing so that they can claim their discovery.
Perfect for children aged 7-11, the session is completely free and lasts for one hour. No need to bring anything, just a wild imagination!
To book: contact Walton library directly on 0300 200 1001 or book with Walton Library in person.
