The Heart Shopping Centre is excited to announce the highly anticipated return of Six Weeks of Summer, following the resounding success of last year's campaign. This fantastic event series is designed to entertain families throughout the school holidays, with a diverse range of free activities every Wednesday from July 26th to August 30th.
From 10 am to 3 pm each Wednesday, The Heart will come alive with thrilling events, ensuring a memorable experience for visitors of all ages. The action-packed schedule will take place within the plaza under our branded gazebo. In the event of inclement weather, activities will be moved to the covered mall, ensuring that the fun continues regardless of the conditions.
The festivities will kick off on Wednesday, July 26th, with a captivating upcycling event. Guests are invited to bring along their favourite clothing items and unleash their creativity with fabric paints, glitter, tie-dye, and more. Additionally, The Centre will provide tote bags for upcycling, allowing everyone to create something unique and personalised.
Magic Mike, the renowned magician, will make a return on Wednesday, August 2nd, captivating children with mesmerising magic shows and offering free balloon modelling. Witness the wonder and excitement as Magic Mike works his magic right before your eyes.
On Wednesday, August 9th, we invite children between the ages of 3 and 10 to immerse themselves in interactive storytelling events. Let their imaginations soar as they embark on thrilling adventures through the power of storytelling.
Prepare for an enchanting transformation on Wednesday, August 16th, as our talented face painters turn children aged three and above into their favourite characters, animals, and more. Let their personalities shine through with artistic designs that will captivate and delight.
Save the date for Wednesday, August 23rd, as The Heart hosts a mini festival, complete with free festival glitter for adults and children. Enjoy the delightful melodies, free flower garlands, and revel in the vibrant atmosphere.
As we bid farewell to the school holidays, Wednesday, August 30th, will be a day to remember with a free silent disco. Join us and dance the day away, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
