FREE YOGA SESSIONS AT THE HEART SHOPPING CENTRE TO KICK OFF SUMMER

The Heart Shopping Centre is excited to announce free yoga sessions taking place on Saturday, June 1st, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm. Led by the experienced instructor Tamara, these sessions are open to adults and children.

Join The Heart as they embrace the spirit of summer and promote wellness through yoga. Each session lasts for 30 minutes and will be conducted in the main plaza outside, weather permitting. Yoga mats will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself!

Yoga is not just about physical fitness; it also offers numerous mental health benefits. When you engage in yoga, your brain undergoes positive changes, leading to improved cognitive skills such as learning and memory.
