Competition Terms and Conditions Promoter
- The promoter of this competition is The Heart Shopping Centre (Company No. 05176292), registered at New Zealand Avenue, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 1GH.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over, excluding employees of The Heart Shopping Centre, their close relatives, and any individuals otherwise connected to the organisation or the administration of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate.
Competition Period
- The competition will run from 14th March 2025 to midday on 21st March 2025.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must:
- Follow The Heart Shopping Centre on their chosen social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
- Like the competition post.
- Comment on their favourite Greggs snack on the competition post.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
Prize Details
- Five (5) winners will each receive a £10 Greggs gift voucher.
- Winners must collect the voucher in person from The Heart Shopping Centre, Walton-on-Thames. Prizes will not be posted.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered. If necessary, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random using software from all valid entries and verified by the promoter or its agents (Why Media).
- Winners will be notified via direct message on social media within 24 hours of the competition closing.
- If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
- The promoter’s decision regarding all competition matters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
General Terms
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or changes in applicable laws or regulations.

- The competition and these terms shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
